This policy applies to Washington State residents under the Washington My Health My Data Act (SB 5351) and governs collection, use, and sharing of consumer health data by MDGenius AI, Inc.

• Health conditions, diagnoses, and surgical history
• Post-operative symptoms and recovery data
• Medication and treatment information
• Biometric data used for health monitoring
• Location data related to health services

• Right to know what consumer health data is collected
• Right to withdraw consent for collection and sharing
• Right to request deletion of consumer health data
• Right to obtain a list of third parties with whom data was shared
• Right to appeal our decisions regarding your requests
