• Persons or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or territories
• Individuals on the U.S. Denied Parties List, Entity List, or SDN List
• Any party for the development of weapons of mass destruction
• Any party in violation of applicable export control laws

By using our platforms, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any export control restrictions and that you will not transfer our technology to prohibited destinations or persons.
