This Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and specifically addresses the privacy practices of the PICS platform, which handles sensitive post-operative health data.

• Communication timestamps and response patterns
• Device information and app usage data

• Your surgeon and care team: Full access to your health data
• MDGenius AI clinical staff: Limited access for technical support
• FDA: De-identified data for regulatory reporting as required
• Research partners: Only with your explicit additional consent and full de-identification

PICS health data is retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last interaction, as required by HIPAA and applicable state law. Non-PHI data deletion may be requested at any time; PHI deletion is subject to legal hold requirements.
