Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your MDGenius AI subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, email support@mdgeniusai.com or call (305) 831-1120.

• Monthly subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused days upon cancellation
• Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase; no refund thereafter
• Enterprise contracts: Governed by individual contract terms
• One-time services: Non-refundable once service is rendered

As required by California ARL and ROSCA: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will receive an email reminder 30 days before annual renewal. You may cancel anytime to prevent renewal.
