Terms of Use — PICS Platform

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PICS platform. By using PICS, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

PICS is intended for use by licensed surgeons and healthcare providers at participating clinical sites, and adult patients (18+) who have undergone cosmetic or reconstructive surgical procedures and provided informed consent.

• Accurately report symptoms and health changes
• Respond promptly to clinical alerts and provider messages
• Contact your surgeon or 911 for emergencies — do not rely solely on PICS
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any technical issues or concerns to your care team

• Review PICS alerts and patient reports in a clinically appropriate timeframe
• Maintain clinical oversight and do not rely solely on AI recommendations
• Ensure patients provide informed consent before PICS enrollment
• Report adverse events in compliance with 21 CFR Part 803
