PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. By accessing or using any MDGenius AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MDGenius AI, Inc., located at 848 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. By accessing or using any MDGenius AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Module-Specific Addenda.

MDGenius AI, Inc. provides an integrated healthcare technology platform with five modules: AURA (patient communication), NOVA (lead conversion), PREP AI (pre-operative readiness), PICS (post-operative follow-up — investigational device), and IRYA (AI clinical copilot).

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL CARE

NO MDGenius AI MODULE CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. All medical decisions must be made by a licensed physician.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts. Healthcare providers must hold valid, unrestricted licenses in their respective jurisdictions.

All content, software, algorithms, and materials are the exclusive property of MDGenius AI, Inc. and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDGENIUS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
